Ghimbav Residence is one of the largest residential projects developed in the Brașov area, bringing together over 700 houses and apartments in a continuously developing community. 36 houses developed in the north of Bucharest, in an area undergoing residential expansion. The project contributed to consolidating NYM's experience in developing residential communities and defining the standards that still underpin the projects today.
